I get it. Bring in your guys, coaches you know and trust. Sounds like a plan. I wouldn't hate it if he kept Reece on staff, or brought in someone with Louisville connections/ties. Someone who knows the city and area coaches, stuff like that. But, it's his show. I have full confidence in him.

He is hiring one outside guy though it sounds like it's for recruiting purposes mostly. Keeping his staff together helps them hit the ground running with guys you know can do the job.

Would like to know if Gaines is gone or not too.
