Sioux County has less than 10 boys in grades 9-12. Not sure what Crawford's enrollment is but it is quite possible that they could still be under the 6-man number after a co-op.

Nothing like a good ole fashion 3-3 vote on what’s probably a divisive topic in the Crawford community. Travel probably had to be the main concern/issue here?

I am sure there are a ton of factors, but it sounded like Sioux County wanted it to be all sports or nothing, and Crawford wanted it to just be football initially?

Which, makes sense for Sioux County considering they haven't been able to field volleyball teams or basketball teams in the past few years I know.

Such a tough spot. They don't have a partner to the North, they have Crawford at 30 miles to the East, and then Niobrara County in Lusky, WY to the West at 30 miles, and nobody to the South.
