One of the craziest and all time dumbest plays was during the thanksgiving game between the Cowboys and Dolphins when Leon Lett slid into the ball after a blocked field goal.

Admittedly I have some Bengals and recency bias in bringing this one up but that goal-line punch-out fumble return TD against the Ravens was certainly  one of the craziest plays of all time.
