Robert Nkdemchie will NOT go to the Bears. Aint happin' His mom likes Bammer, and LSU thinks they've flipped him. Problem with the Bears is over exposure. He's been to their campus 8 times, and you know the magic is starting to wear off.

It's like a new hot girlfriend--after the 8th time you've 17ed, you start to notice she talks too much, she doesn't like beer, she's got that ******, little yappy dog. It's always something after awhile. It's been awhile. He's been there, done that. He's movin' on.

That's my call...

Just stopping by during lunch. And I think you're correct. It's hard to hang on to someone for a long time, though he has never technically been ours. A lot of people are still holding on the Denzel factor, but I just don't see him coming our way. I'll be surprised if he does.

Whenever I see Bama on a prospective recruit's list, I write 'em off. It sucks, but once they're involved, you can pretty much hang it up.

I don't much care. Mississippi is going to sign who they sign and there's no reason for us to be concerned much about it whoever they do or don't sign. As long as we take care of our business and recruit well, we'll be OK. If we bring in a good class, why should it matter much who they bring in?

I sort of feel that way as well with Saban around. I could easily see OM losing Nkemdiche and Conner both to Bama if Saban really wants both.

Normally, I wouldn't be an interested in a particular player, but... Wait...what am I saying--oh course I care about recruiting--ours and any team we play every year. Especially our rivalry. Nkemdiche has so much national hype about him, that it's quite possible he could drag several other quality players with him. I think it's something that we should definately be concerned about--I guarantee Mullen is interested in wheter or not he signs with Mississippi.

Bama could have used him this year

Saban really wanted Brassell.

Was that the first time or second time Brassell became available. If the former, was it the beauty of the Grove that drove Brassell to say no to a national championship?

Apparently, some on this board gauge State's success against what OM does. It's head shaking but true. I don't get it. Our SEC competition is comprised of 13 other teams , not just one. It's also in relation to about 124 other schools. But it doesn't seem to sink in. It's truly a sad case of obsession.

He wasted three years with Rolando McClain. There's one complete and total screwoff 17-tard who apparently benefited from the domineering, militaristic atmosphere engendered by the little napoleon. Because once he left that atmosphere, he reverted right back to his piece of **** ways.

I've said many times that we have the worst fanbase in America. Byrne, Stricklin & Mullen have done a lot to change the old MSU attitude in the athletic dept, but our fanbase has a LONG way to go.
