Crazy finish in OKC

I swear... they do a lot of things to make close games uneasy for me, but I love watching them gut it out.<div id="LCS_336D0C35_8A85_403a_B9D2_65C292C39087_communicationDiv"></div>
for a majority of the game... and your largest lead is only 8? Not only that, but in the final 2 minutes your lead is only 5? I don't consider that outplaying at all...<div id="LCS_336D0C35_8A85_403a_B9D2_65C292C39087_communicationDiv"></div>
but it's clearly just a matter of time for them. They're incredibly talented and hell, they may even win it all this year.
I didn't even turn the game on last night until about 1:45 left when the Thunder were down 7. That's normally a very difficult margin to come back from in that time span, but when you a lineup full of clutch players, you can never count OKC out. As soon as Kobe threw that pass away to Durant at the corner of the 3-pt line, I had a feeling that I knew what was about to happen. Also, I have to admit. I like Thuderstruck being played during late timeouts.

I hadn't had a NBA team until a few years back until the Sonics moved to OKC and with it being a young team with developing talent, I figured they'd be a good team to follow. Just didn't expect them to become this good so quickly. I just have a hard time seeing them make it past the Spurs. I'm not a big Spurs fan, but man... those guys play exceptional basketball.
in consecutive years and to their credit, they didn't miss on any of them. That's the easiest way to get good in the NBA. It's how the Bulls got good (Deng, Noah, Rose). The worst thing you can be in the NBA is pretty good.. bc you're usually not quite good enough to win the championship and you're picking in the 20s where it's hard to get an impact player. And high-profile free agents only really go to the big market teams (LA, NY, Chi) or a FL/TX team (no state income tax).
I am a Laker fan first and foremost but the Thunder are my second favorite because of Durant. He seems like a genuinely good guy with his head on straight. I don't think you will be seeing him calling a press conference to announce his free agency any time soon.
teams usually end up like the Kings. I will admit that they do have a lot of good pieces and their biggest issue seems to be discipline, but still... they don't look like they're going to get their head above the water any time soon.<div id="LCS_336D0C35_8A85_403a_B9D2_65C292C39087_communicationDiv"></div> <div>

I remember reading an article about it a month or so ago and it was actually pretty interesting to say the least. The way the Thunder have panned out has been pretty impressive, and the fact that they're using the Spurs' model is a pretty good decision by them especially since they're in one of the smallest markets in the league.</div>
