High taxes pays for health care ...its not free ......the people still pays ....And just think, if the kid was in the United States there's a good chance they wouldn't have insurance, Republicans would be fine with that, and he would end up not getting that transplant.
HOWEVER, since the patient is in Italy, and that nation has UNIVERSAL HEALTH CARE at little or NO cost to its citizens, the patient is receiving care.
Your tweet is a major BACKFIRE! [thumbsup]

I'll play along.Ok, well why don't the First Lady visit a sick AMERICAN child who is suffering from a disease but has the following situation:
1. Family cannot afford the insurance needed to continue treatments or procedures
or
2. Family loses home and all belongings attempting to pay for medical procedures
But nope, let's tweet about a health procedure in a European nation with universal health care.....[thumbsup].....and try to spin it as a positive.
I'll play along.
How about the left give more than zero fvcks about the sickness and well being of Veterans?
I agree whole heartedly that something has to be done about medical insurance, I'm not educated enough to say what ....my problem with a national health care is .....this ....a lot more people could have insurance if they would just carry coffee from home , have cable tv shut off .....miss a vacation or two, just examples of need vs. Want ..Ok, well why don't the First Lady visit a sick AMERICAN child who is suffering from a disease but has the following situation:

Choices I have made ....insurance is a need a big freaking need .......but it's not up to me to pay for other people's choices .....we do need to take care of those who can't not won't..for the record I'm an independent,

I use that as a blue print for why not to allow govt to be involved in healthcare. Is that system screwed up? Sure it is. Along with our ENTIRE health care system. Profit vs. health....some things were just not meant to happen together.
Ain't this classic? Just a couple years ago, the Triple Prick was boasting about how he loved to suck Cock. Now signs off as RPJ and confesses to bragging that size is better for his lips. I had never engaged, so, I couldn't question his(?) preference for the size dick he wanted in his mouth.
HEALTH CARE at little or NO cost to its citizens,
I somewhat agree (not completely). But, have you ever seen the actual cost of a medical visit or a stay in the hospital? I can give you a personal experience of my own:
Daughter born, diagnosed as having a serious medical condition. Had to be flown to a Children's Hospital. Upon arriving, a team of doctors ran tests on my newborn. After several hours, figured out the problem. It was a misdiagnosis, nothing was wrong, hospital screwed up, but their screw up resulted in the doctors at the Children's hospital having to keep my child for 5 days. I get the bill........YIKES! It was $150,000......for the hospital's MISTAKE! But, thankfully I had insurance, but still had to pay my fair share of THEIR mistake.
Why didn't you just abort it?
Are we sick or what.
No, just you........
So you are saying that if your wife was told 2 weeks before birth, or during birth, that giving birth would kill her....that you would continue? Because that's what you sound like.
And as for my child.......she was FINE. NOTHING was wrong with her. NOTHING at all. Did you just completely miss that part, or take it as an opportunity to get back on your soapbox about abortion laws even though you were already told by me in a previous thread that I do not support late-term abortion (unless medical extremes)????? Or because you are a douchebag?
So you are saying that if your wife was told 2 weeks before birth, or during birth, that giving birth would kill her....that you would continue?
I simply asked if you realize it's legal to kill the kid at the time you decided instead to save it's Life?
You're arguing for the "Law"...do you support it or are you personally Pro-Life, but you don't want to "impose" your morality on the rest of society?
So then why are you arguing for Universal Health care? Isn't that "imposing" your sense of morality onto everyone else?
You don't think anyone should be left sick, and I don't think anyone should be left for dead.
So who's "morality" should we "impose"?
Mr. Man?
(I don't need to call[winking] names to make my points)
If you can find them MountaineerWV, can you cite some statistics for me please on how often it is necessary to kill a Baby in order to save the Life of its Mother?
Just show me how often that procedure is used to save an expectant Mother's life, since this is your argument defending the majority of convenience abortions?
Hospital should have been made to eat the bill ....& I'm glad your child is healthy , but it was not my fault & I don't want my taxes raised to cover the cost...I somewhat agree (not completely). So, it's my "morals" that costed me (and my insurance company) over $150,000???? Not the hospital who screwed up......but still didn't pay for their mistake? (there was no medical problem; it was a misdiagnosis....thus legal action could not taken place for malpractice)
And it's my "morals" for simply stating that our First Lady goes to a nation with universal health care and tweets about a procedure that many over here can not afford to have..........
It's not an answer to my question based on your previous statement that eugenics at Planned Parenthood clinics is "legal".
Since you refused to condemn that, I figured at least you'd agree to condemn choice abortions, but no... you then counter and now claim it's really to "save the Life of the Mother"
Now you're justifying infanticide by admitting it happens in only 1% of Abortion cases (where the Baby has to be killed in order to save the Mother's Life)...which is something I never said I'm against as opposed to the rest of the 99.9% of choice abortions usually for the "convenience" of the Mother and not to save her Life.
So I have to conclude you favor killing a kid you either don't want or can't afford?
Or maybe you can explain for us MountaineerWV just where you do draw the line on this ongoing Holocaust you claim is "legal" and therefore I assume is OK?
We pay a gas tax ( I think is a good & fair tax ) to maintain roads...i pay monthly & a deductable for medical that has been rising rapidly over the last couple years .Well, let me ask this:
Should a person who does not have a license, or the capabilities to drive an automobile, pay taxes that are used for public roads and the treatment of them? Kind of the same thing, isn't it? Paying for something that you do not use.
Where do I draw the line? Well, as I have stated at nauseam, I do NOT support abortion just for the sake of getting rid of a baby. However, as of now, it's allowed and as much as I hate it (along with marijuana, alcohol, which I think are stupid as well and I abstain from those too), if the law allows it then people can do it until it's NOT in the law books. That's my stance.
