No way this shouldn’t get a topic so here we go. Burns has a lot of new on offense. New OC (Devine), new QB, somewhat new back field. Defense is ahead of the offense but it’s just going to take some time. Tough two weeks ahead but use it to get better. We were able to run it on Crest last year and threw maybe 1 pass the whole game. We have to run the ball to have a chance. Crest has the experience and athletes to win a lot of games but they have some work to do as well. If they throw it on us like Wren then we’re in trouble. We have to keep their offense off the field and drive the ball like last year to keep this close or have any chance in hell to pull off an upset. We have our hands full either way.

QB is going to be between Romelo Wells and Drew Dixon. Max Davis will lead the backfield I’m sure but there are a few new possibilities as well. Don’t want to say who will play when or who starts but I know David will be in the mix big time. I’ll stand on what I said, Burns can be a damn good team come playoff time. Right now, they are figuring it out.

Burns will lean on its D, sec better be ready too run.
I do belive Devine will try to play smash mouth football with Crest....
.run run run then hit a pass play cause Crest D playing up...
Curious to see how this goes..either a tight game, or a Crest blow out

We all know what Burns plan will be , Crest will be ready
Crest weapons all over the field will be hard to match for Burns
Just hope we get this one in Friday and not have to go back Monday

That we agree on. We don’t want Crest and KM in the same week anymore than you want Burns and Shelby in the same. Hope the weather lets us play and move on.

Weather permitting I’ll have the whole family there. Our daughter will be going wild in the student section regardless. All we can do is hope to come out better with no injuries. We do not have the depth for that.
