Using the latest projections and the new adm #s Kings Mountain would be the last team to qualify for 3AA. That would make Crest small, but personally I want them to go AA.

Southern Durham should be small 4A, Scotland shouldn't feel so bad about their loss now.

Very true. If Barnes could meet a weaker SP team again in the same year, and possibly up his winning percentage to be above 25% against SP...he might be sainted over in the BS city.

Besides Crest and FV....3A looks nice. We might even make some noise depending on the matchup.

Talked to a guy who had been to most of the Crest games this year. He said it has been very boring to watch. Games over early, subs in, no excitement due to the domination. And no real anticipation that anyone they play is going to give them a game.

The real worry is that they haven't played from behind, really been pushed, or had to keep starters in the game for four quarters.

Spot on. I hate to say it, but we need a barn burner Friday, badly. It's been so boring, and I might add we have no business being in the conference we are in.

I don't live in the area so I've had to follow games by KTC. So far this season I've followed one game due to expected lopsided win by Crest and that was KM.

It would be Burns' luck to get in and get stuck with a first round trip to Crest. Although we will be doing good just to be in this year.

If by some chance Crest does slip into small 3A I don't see any western team scoring more than 14 points on them. They pursue on the line too fast for anybody to run around the ends and they for certain are a monster between the tackles. Only a quick strike passing game has a chance to put up enough points to win.

If the numbers stay like they are there will be a 10-0 team in 3A west that gets a 4 seed
Concord- Southern Guilford- Crest- Freedom Wow!!
In the east the coin flip should be EA and Havelock if things stay as they are Friday night. That could get interesting

Not to take away from them, but they couldn't even beat down Concord, and you think they'll beat down Crest?

AA or A is doesn't matter. Crest doesn't lose this year..... and they may not even have a close game. Their defense is lights out.

Right now I count 9 teams above Crest with 4 or less wins. Couple of schools with 5 or 6 so that could depend on the conference but it is going to be a photo finish for 3A/3AA.

Havelock beat concord 55-21 first matchup 21-13 second of course when you play a team twice it's not gonna be a blow out specially a title game but the rams still dominated them outside of rocky reid 55 yard run and it was a rainy day so they couldn't really pass like they usually so which was in concord favor would be in crest favor also if that was the case again but no one is scared dude we played new bern which is a top 5 team in the state by 4 I'm sure crest defense is great but new bern is shutting down teams that are 4a contenders and we competed lost in the last 2 mins I was at the game if havelock played the first half with he heart they played the second half could have been a different game but it's a lost no one is scared of crest let's be real running that option isn't in their favor specially against a team with speed like havelock

A lot of truth here. I know Havelock has a passing game that not many teams can stop.
Crest does have a great defense but haven't been tested in the air. Shelby game should give
a glimpse of how well Crest can defend the pass. I hope it doesn't happen but a Crest/Havelock
game would be good. I'm a fan of a balanced offense/passing so I would pick Havelock.

Option? QB is a pocket passer this year and pitch or handoff is not an option team.

It's Just Words is the right name. You are giving us a headache with this no punctuation BS. You type an essay without even a period at the freaking end. I have seen Crest play and I assure you during your last three years you have not seen a defense anything like it. Offense, I think you have many times.

We don't run the option, dumb ***. Just another clown, spouting off at the mouth not knowing what he's even talking about. I hope you didn't vote.
