On where the offense breaks down: "(1)I know exactly where the breakdown starts happening. (2)At times we don't do things like we practice. (3)The effort's good, but if we block well, you might miss a read. (4)If the protection's good, we might miss a read as far as the throw. (5)We might make the throw, but the catch isn't made. … (6)That's what we've dealt with all year long."
Typical Croom ********. It basically reads like this:

1. I know what is wrong because I know everything
2. I coached them well and they practice great under my coaching
3. I called the perfect play so I did nothing for them to make the incorrect read. It is their fault.
4. I called the perfect play so I did nothing for them to make the incorrect read again. It is their fault.
5. My coaching caused us to make the right read after calling the perfect play and it is their fault they can't catch.
6. This is what I have dealt with all year.

Bus tires meet players yet aGAIN.

"At times we don't do things like we practice"

There aren't tens of thousands of people at practice. There isn't a single TV camera nor the slightest bit of pressure. There isn't another team out there at practice who also happens to be better coached. It's amazing that the man doesn't understand that practice and games are different.

this is why I have not figured out how to overcome them. Every other coach's players do exactly what they say.

At least I am sure that is what he thinks.

I hope someone got some pics of Croom while he was wearing that hood the other night. He was the executioner to a T, no farking necessary.

maybe the reason you look better in practice is beacuse you are playing against the 4th team practice squad and not an SEC defense

#1 We have a QB with a lot "heart", "character", and smarts, but D-II talent. This is the SEC. You can't do that and expect to be successful.

#2 We have a small, unathletic o-line, except for Sherrod. Also, we couldn't change plays because every time we did our stupid center would snap the ball for some God unknown reason right into Lee's gut. Therefore, if we had a bad play call, we had to run it anyway.

#3 We have WR's that can't catch. Problem there is obvious. We have two former walk-ons in our top four WR's.

#4 We have a RB that has poor vision and doesn't use his size to his advantage.

#5 We have a pretty good FB or two.

#6 Our TE should be a FB because again, he is too small.

All of the above is the fault of Croom. He should have recruited better players because we are trying to win with 4-5 walk-ons, and about four more guys who should be walk-ons. You can't do that in today's SEC. Jeff Fischer couldn't win with these clowns, much less Croom.

that when your ****** players go head to head against your own other ****** players in practice, you're not really getting a true sample of what's to come?
