It would be nice if our top players that went to out of state schools would stay in state and go to UVA and VT.
Agree 100%. When was the last time that either head coach came to the 757 to make a real connection with a top recruit's community? Frank Beamer & George Welch were both here on a regular basis.. Just sayin.
Justin Fuente was at HSHS Friday night on the sidelines. I know we have several kids with offers there.
Face it, if Nick Saban, Jimbo Fisher, Dan Mullen, James Franklin or Brian Kelly came to your door, you'd answer. Don't blame the kids trying to get the best exposure they can.
It doesn't help when you have Old Dominion James Madison Liberty and a few others playing football also.
They will never get their deserved respect and credit by the pc mafia, but Liberty is VA’s best team by a mile. Sucks they lost to Syracuse.
I think there’s plenty of people who strongly dislike liberty as an institution, but have no issue giving their football team credit for being successful. Honestly, their entire athletic program is almost completely successful. It’s impressive.
