Hi Tim. I was wondering if you could help me out. I'm coming to Chicago on September 23 and would like to watch a high school football game. I'd like your recommendation on who would be a good team to watch with the best game experience.
By 'in town" I'll assume Chicagoland? This is Week 5 so it's generally not a huge week but some really good games below pretty hard to go wrong on any of these.

Hey Steven, pick a fun game for Friday night, but if you want to have a great Saturday afternoon experience, hop on the UP West line out to Glen Ellyn and walk the 2 blocks down to Duchon Field. Lyons has a stud QB and GW has pretty good team. The field sits on a lake which makes it a gorgeous setting for a Saturday visit. You can buy a ticket to come in, or watch from the sidewalk in the end zone. Game time is 1:30pm and there are plenty of really fun restaurants within a couple of blocks from the field.

Hey thanks so much for the tip but we will be going to Notre Dame on Saturday! Friday is the only day we have free so would like to know where the best experience would be at. If you don't mind checking the schedule, we will be there September 25. Thanks!!!
