Is MC not affected by the success factor this season? I thought they would be because of the back to back titles in '12 & '13.

Will this be their 15th state title under Lenti? As a SR fan, all I generally care about is that they don't back down from MC, but it was depressing watching that initial preseason game (btw Pitt and Minn) and seeing 2 SR grads [how often do you get to see 1 of your high school graduates yet alone 2 playing on NFL teams] and realize that Lenti still beat SR when those guys played for SR.

Caravan technically they are but the at 2,204 IHSA enrollment I'm pretty comfortable they will be 8A regardless..also IHSA doesn't mention them at all in it's classifications. I have a call into them to triple check

Thanks for the clarification and the insight on their classification Edgy. Hoping for a good year from the Caravan this season.

It was gonna be real close with 7/8A. My way too early guess had MC 1 team away from 8A so SF would push them to 8A and Simeon down to 7A.
