Well, I kinda hope not. Epstein, Russia gate, etc were a long time ago and distracting from what needs to happen, which is installing integrity into the FBI, CIA,and other organizations that got too political. My original comment was that Kash Patel was dissed under Comey, and now may have that as motivation to make things professional again, I hope he does.
Yeah, I kind of have mixed thoughts on this one too. On one hand, if there aren't any consequences, it'll be taken as a green light in the future. But if Bondi gets too aggressive on the heels of the political prosecutions in recent years it could turn into an escalating pattern as power shifts. What we really need is enough reasonable people on both sides of the voting population to admit some really bad things were done by the federal government that they'll elect people committed to ensuring nothing like that happens again, and hold them accountable by voting them out if they get assimilated by the Borg. It's not a red or blue thing, but right now only a very few people will look past that and recognize they're in this together much more than we should be in opposition.
30 years as a prosecutor and judge (local) doesn't impress me. I unfortunately have dealt with many incompetent fools in both of those fields. You hate some individuals with those credentials, Smith, Garland. I can only judge her by how she acts on FOX and that is a drunken cartoon character.
