Everything got incredibly unaffordable during the Biden era, especially housing. This is not new. Did people think there was a magic lever that Trump could pull to undo all of the damage done?
“Affordability is a scam” isn’t the lever I’d pull.

Comparing an ABC poll to a Rasmussen poll is an interesting choice.

Rasmussen has shown that most of the country thinks we are headed in the wrong direction. That has been consistent over the last 20 years. Trump actually had the best numbers there earlier this year.

We are a pretty pessimistic country. That’s especially true for young people saddled with debt and unable to even dream about owning a home. The last 4 years were pretty brutal, unless you already owned a home.

Another 250,000 lives saved thanks to Trump. Democrats and Rand of course see innocent fishermen with a super speedboat! Even if it is only 1 percent of a quarter million that is 2500 lives saved. Our government wanted its own citizens to die and Democrats plus Rand want them to continue to die.

I saw someone who should know being interviewed yesterday. I can’t recall who, but a finance geek and they said housing costs have started to go down (not a ton, but obviously big cities are a driver here) and that is because of 2 million illegals leaving. Just wait until they get rid of a lot more of them.

Trump is ending the education crisis with great policy. By limiting government loans, schools can’t give out as many worthless degrees. Another thing about limiting the Federal guaranteed loan gravy train is that some occupations that used to take a year of postgrad now take up more. FI 10 years ago a PT was an extra year of school. Now it’s three extra years. I know some younger people who had set their sights on being PT’s and by the time they were in college, it changed. Completely bogus. Just more cash grabs. By limiting loan amounts, the university system will have to shrink the wasteful administrative staff. The cost of college that skyrocketed well beyond the rate of inflation, will no longer be rising exponentially. Now if we could only get the Republicans in the House and Senate to start making policies like these law, we could be guaranteed some longer term good change to the post HS education system.

36% think we are on the right track? That's up 13% from 2 years ago.
After the BS fiasco of a poll in Iowa right before the election, I don’t believe this polling data. Democrats and their compliant, willful partners in the media will most certainly want to manipulate people to feel bad about our country.

Yikes. SCOTUS would surely overrule this. Magistrate judge means she doesn’t know squat about the law.

Putting aside the privacy issues of giving all that data to the NY Times, the case is about AI violating NY Times' content creators work when it is mining for data. It could be a landmark case on limiting AI and/or making them pay for mining. With lawyers it usually is about the money so my guess we are talking about money.

The other interesting aspect of AI is there are no borders. AI in China mines whatever it wants. If this judge ordered China to give up 20 million records they'd ignore her.

I don't claim to understand AI but it is becoming so powerful and geopolitical; the US needs to be aware of everything affecting it in the US, including judges's throwing in their 2 cents.

Dems wanted the world shut down if it even meant saving 1 life from a virus. They want guns taken away from citizens, if it will save even 1 life.

But they are really upset that we have stopped the steady stream of drugs in our country. Who cares if it will save thousands of lives, right?

Dems are picking some interesting fights. The next election is going to be pretty clear. Do you support open borders and criminals, or do you support the American people and safety?

Another pretty common story these last few years. I wish Dems were consistent with their “if it saves one life” mantra. Illegal immigrant from Mexico.

And yes, his arrest record shows he is a white male. They call Hispanic people brown when talking about how poorly are treated. The minute they commit a crime they are magically white.
