It is interesting how people cherry pick the data they report. Yahoo announced high job layoffs October on Nov 6 and predicted a market sell off. On Nov 6 the Dow was 46.987. Today it is 47,783.
If you actually read the articles, there are headwinds in retail, tech and pretty much everywhere. Mismanagement and record deficits under Biden and the Dems who controlled him are part of the problem but technology is changing the job market. Maybe we don't need all the immigrants that the Dems illegally invited into the US.

OT- Dash Cam. A car was driving in Florida at dusk when suddenly a small airplane (with engine trouble) tried to land on the freeway but instead landed on top of a Toyota. Imagine being in this car and seeing a plane descending out of the sky and land on the car in front of you. Crazy, weird, scary, not sure how to describe it. No major injuries but I guess I need to get a dash cam so I never miss a thing.

Australia just implemented a social media ban for kids under 16 and 77% of people in Australia support it in a survey. I'm not surprised that governments are trying this but kids are smart and if they have access to the internet and cell phones they will find ways to get social. They also haven't banned YouTube type sites, which can have a lot of similar content to social media.

I’ve always known that the first couple years of a Presidency is impacted by the prior admin. You know this too. I guess I’m the only one on here that is consistent in thinking that you have to give an admin a couple years to see if their strategy is working.
A lot of people have high debt because they are paying medical expenses. Apparently, people don’t understand this. Too bad ACA didn’t fix that, it just made it worse. Apparently, people don’t understand that higher housing costs means people have to go into debt for other necessities.
