We are talking about the last 10 years, no? When was the last time JCA or Mount Carmel won the big one?

And the title of this thread still has "RIGHT NOW" in it. You could make an argument for Mount Carmel right now.
Just commenting on the posters comments. Geez......take it easy. I didn’t expand on it. Just making a correction on a comment that was made. Sorry

was not trying to be confrontational just asking a question. then tried swinging it back so we don't go off the rails here.

MC doesn’t have most titles. JCA has 13.
Again, at what level of competition? Our five losses were to much bigger schools ... our twelve wins were almost all to schools with more boys (double in some cases).

Montini with about 350 boys total seems to do okay with the hand their dealt.

My fellow private school comrades the number is 35. JCA, MC and PC own 35 titles thus who gives a rats butt how we got them! A title is a title and as another poster stated “not easy to achieve”. Enjoy the glory!

Lots of people give a rat's butt -- and they all belong to the same alumni association as me. There's always some fan of another school trying to raise their profile by hitching to Mt Carmel's history, tradition and success. A few years back, there was a JC poster who claimed that only stats and
records after 1973 should count. What nonsense.

And it certainly does matter what schools you beat for your trophy. Abe Lincoln went to schools larger than ones you beat in Champaign.

Parade is on the way @MC63, no other fanbases are allowed to attend. What size Grand Marshall hat do you wear?

Gents, Jethro Tull would be proud of us all for “Living In The Past”. How about we start gearing up for Week 5 2018? Some great games on the docket. Respectfully Yours LOL
