Curry scores 33 in the second half after going scoreless in the first half. He has not missed a free-throw in the 4th quarter or OT since 2015 and has now hit 77 free-throws in a row. Guy is unbelievable.

Is it somehow possible that the Warriors are a better team without Durant? Or has everyone on the team, especially Curry, simply moved it up a notch for a brief spell to compensate for missing a guy who is arguably the best player in the game right now?

They are without Cousins too. Hubie Brown once said you don't want nor need more than 3 scoring options on the floor at the same time. Having the splash brothers and Green on the floor and any other 2 is plenty good enough. Thompson and Curry are two of the best shooters to play in the NBA in my lifetime.

And the team was built to compliment Curry....the offense and supporting pieces were built for a Steph Curry run offense. Durant is so good that it doesn't matter...but it's smoother when the team operates how they were built.
