I took you up on the podcast reccomendation

Theres a major difference in "into the dark" and "in the dark" podcast.

I was half asleep getting ready to run while searching "into the dark" when i pulled it up I started scrolling for Curtis Flowers.

Season 1 Episode 6 it looks like they explore "Sex with Demons and Ghost Law."

In the last appeal to the MS Supreme Court, a Justice said he doesn’t see the evidence to convict. He said there was only enough evidence to suggest Flowers may have done it, not enough to say he did it.

After these verdicts being vacated, the lack of direct evidence & the 3 informants recanting, I cant see how Flowers get convicted again.

Surely the state does something about Evans at this point. I can’t believe he ran unopposed after all this.

The state can’t do anything about it unless Evans asks them to.

Evans is doing exactly what the people in his district want.

I’ll bet he’s more popular than ever in Winona, Kosciusko, etc. because I’m their minds he’s fighting against the liberals. The folks in his district could not care less that he’s discriminating in jury selection.

I was talking more about the state bar taking disciplinary action against him.

I don’t see how he can be an effective DA anymore. i assume lawyers are contacting every African American convicted in Doug’s district about the jury make up and possible appeals.

Every time he used an informant in a case will now be under heavy scrutiny about deals he didn’t disclose. Questions about his offer disclosing all evidence will be brought up after this.

I don’t see how a person in his district, victim or defendant can expect jiustice with Doug Evans in office now.
