I haven't seen this mentioned but we talked about it a ton in the stands. That group of officials from CUSA were better than any SEC crew I have seen in years. There were a couple of times that a tackle happened out of bounds but it was part of playing football and not someone trying to hurt another player. So, no flag. There was some minor holding away from the action, so no flag. When there were flags they tended to be things that needed to be called or things that affected the game. It turns out that block in the back during kickoff that was 40 yards away from the action doesn't ALWAYS have to be called, who knew?
They missed some holding and called what I felt was a ticky roughing penalty on us but all-in-all way damn better than SEC refs.
