-Makes me think of fairy tales. When you are growing up, you are given all these fairy tales, the tooth fairy, santa claus, etc. Anyway, this day comes, and you learn they are not real. Part of growing up. However, you are always given these fairy tales of true love, knight in shinning armor, damsel, etc. However, they dont teach the true nature/value of relationships and marriage. Yet you grow up clinging onto this fairy tale notion of relationships and no one tells you that the ideal relationship is just a fairy tale/myth like santa claus. Unnerving really.
-I do love my marriage, but it took years to clear away the fantasy.

I have been watching the show Big Giant Swords on Discovery. It's a stupid show about Irish Mike and as the title impiles, he makes BIG GIANT swords. He had a similar take on young girls being into princesses & fairies.

I love doing stuff like that. We have a nerd meeting ..... I mean tech. coordinator meeting every month or so and they have an online q&a thing that's anonymous. I'm super professional around them, but act like I usually do on this board when I get a chance to be anonymous. I know which ones are my kind of people if they laugh. The rest can EAD.

gocats...i am in the same boat. I haven't been able to access my fan page for a long time. I merely assumed it was Rivals trying to beat me down again...as i am still the only poster on this site that doesn't have a fancy dotted line at the end of my posts.
I am not really worried about either situation...except for the fact that i will obviously need to change the monkey's 8 to a 9 at the end of this season. So they best get ish right by then.
