Wish this was the end of this but sadly it's not. Their is a culture of accepted bad behavior at LZ that needs to change.

Just because the program is successful in the field doesn't mean it can be disrespectful off it. Changes must happen for progress to begin.

Over the years watching LZ play they have always been one of the classiest programs in the state. No trash talk, no taunting just good hard clean football so I must say im pretty surprised by these events since it what you would expect out of a program that lacked an identity or culture.

More pain probably coming for the program. It is about 8 paragraphs down, but, outside law firm doing and independent investigation completed the preliminary report and turned over to the board, the inference I take from the article is that it was in the last week. All the resignations seem to be since the board got it. They are waiting on the final report (to shield the necessary privacy parts) to take additional steps:

This report will help us to identify any additional steps to help our football program and school continue to grow and improve.

My guess is that would be player punishments. Probably not going to be pretty and with wiping out a coaching staff et al, the program could be impacted for several years (disruption or winning). Feel bad for players not involved and players entering the program in the next year or two.
