but when his backup is about to head into the 4th quarter at home with a 13/23, 45 yards, and no scores stat line… all I can do is smirk. This Dallas roster is absolute a$$, at least on the offensive side

Rush is a damn good and proven back-up, too. Played very well 2 years ago when Dak was recovering from the wrist injury.
Just more ammo that neither Dak nor the QB position in general was ever the issue with this roster.
I pull for the Cowboy’s because of Dak. I really enjoyed pulling against them today. The savior Trey Lance couldn’t even get anything going.
If you watch the games it has been pretty clear all season it was going to take something special from the QB position to even be in the playoff discussion. No run game, young OL, an offensive scheme that doesn’t make the QBs job easier, and a defense that can’t really limit the run, produce turnovers, or get timely stops.
Turrible all over the field, and their attitudes are worse. Worst “GM” in the history of the league. Don’t give me franchise value either, that should make it easier to be a great GM.
They better give Elliot several more millions. I’m sure that will fix it.
Basically they are a terrible football team at every position group except QB. Pretty much sums it up.
Knew it was good turn out this way. They did nothing to add to the roster. Dak, Ceedee, and ... who? The defense which was bad against the run last year got even worse? Yeah, the writing was on the wall that this season was gonna be crap before it began.
So naturally, they should start looking to the draft or free agency to start getting some more pieces…..WAIT is that the lowest yard per target WR in the whole damn league that’s on the trading block?!?! Somebody go grab another 4th round pick for me right quick….I gotta make a call****

But...but... the Cowboys can't win because of Dak!! I'm glad that he's not there for them to **** on anymore. I don't care how much money you have paid him... If you don't have the rest of the team to go around him to win, it is not going to end well
