100%. Even if he doesn't win a SB, being a Cowboy pays off for life. Of the major NFL broadcasters, there seem to be a lot of Cowboys. Aikman is terrible and is one of the highest paid. Personally I like Romo, although i know he has his detractors.
No matter where he goes, other than SF, getting to the SB is a crapshoot. He's got just a good shot in Dallas as NY.

Jokes aside, I agree TB12 was the real driver of New England's success.
That being said, every coach is only as good as his quarterback. And Bill maximized his opportunity. Hard to say another coach would have done more with Brady.
The real point is that Dallas's drought began 20 years before Dak arrived.
