Me either. He makes the Cowboys almost likeable.

I think they will make the NFC Title game, but lose to the Seahawks. Then again they could win it all...as their play this year has shocked me with 2 rookies leading the way on offense.

I don't see them losing to the Seahawks. Dallas has an average Defense..but with their run game, they can afford to have an average defense. Dallas is missing Barry Church and Maurice Claiborne due to injury..when those guys come back, their defense will get better. They need to develop a pass rush though..YIKES. Kirk Cousins threw the ball 53 times..and Dallas' defense didn't get even one sack. Still..their offense mixed with their decent overall defense..keeping other teams' offense off of the field makes them a serious contender..and probably the best team in the NFL..or at least right in the mix with the Pats and Raiders.

Seahawks play in a really AWFUL Division..the NFC West is a joke. Comparing the NFC West to the NFC East is like comparing the SEC East to the SEC West..the NFC West just don't come close. Seattle snuck away with a bogus victory vs. the Falcons at home (Jones and the Falcons got robbed on that no call pass interference)..and pulled an upset win in New England. Other than that one win..Seattle hasn't been all that impressive. I mean..a TIE with the freaking Cardinals ?! Lol And IF Dallas plays Seattle in the Playoffs, it will more than likely be played in Dallas..no crazy home field advantage for Seattle..at all. Dallas by 6..30-24.

Picked him immediately as a FA in my FF league and I'm rolling in my league with him and Elliot.

I watched him every time he played us, he always looked like a really good QB in college. Of course lots of people look that way against us, but he was going through progressions and making tougher throws. I was really surprised he didn't get more looks given how they were looking at Wentz and Goff who were big risks for a 1st and 2nd pick.

Because Dallas has the best OL in the NFL. Makes all the difference in the world. Still, the kid is really good.
That helps, especially for a RB, but throwing completions to 6 or 7 guys every game, not making mistakes in crucial situations, throwing completions to guys who are well defended. Those things are evidence of higher level skill and ability.

If they end up playing at Seattle it'll be very difficult for anyone, including the Cowboys to win there. They're a game and a half up on the Seahawks but eventually, and everyone who's watched football knows this, that Prescott will eventually look like a rookie. When will it happen, who knows but it's folly to think they'll win every game on the schedule. Seattle does play in a weak division and the Cowboys still have to go to New York, Philadelphia and Minnesota. The play for home field advantage may come down to the last weekend of the regular season.

Dak Prescott isn't walking through that door....

Sincerely,
Dan Mullen

And yet his replacement - a former HS option QB in his first full time season - is the only QB in MSU history not named Prescott to crack the 3,000 total offense mark. Coincidentally, he started gaining confidence against Stoops' Troops.

Say what you want about Mullen, but he - along with Kiffin and Petrino - is among the few elite QB coaches in the college game.

Surprisingly, many MSU fans want him gone. UK fans should share that sentiment.

The good news for the Cowboys is that they have one of the top 10 QB's in the game standing on the sidelines. Don't think for a minute they wouldn't go to Romo if things turn south for DP.

It's also helps a qb immensely. Time to throw means everything. Not to mention he has great weapons around him.

He's good. But let's at least give it some context.

It is a travesty that Romo lost his job due to injury.

Romo should be the starter regardless of how well Dak is playing.

I'd feel the same way for Pittsburgh and Baltimore as well.

Just because I'm a pitiful Bengals fan...

In all honesty Dak has been amazing, never thought his game would translate to the NFL as well as it has.

Fyuk the Dallas Cowboys.
I hope they lose every game by 20. I pray for injuries to their line.
Jerry Jones kicks the bucket before they make another super bowl.
The last 20 years have been the best time ever.
A suckass cowboy is a good cowboy.
I wish the absolute worst luck on Dak Prescott.
I'm waiting on that playoff loss.
Romo needs to play lmfao!!!

It might not have translated to somewhere like San Francisco, but Dallas is the perfect fit. For all of the jealous criticism the Jones' get, they have drafted well over the last several years leading up to what is shaping up to be a playoff run. Problem is, injuries are mounting in the secondary as could be seenyeaterday.

Would definitely be interesting to see how Romo responds after being out so long.

Top 10 QB in the game lol?

Yes, a Top 10 QB in the game..easily. Probably top 8 or possibly even top 5. Listen, man..Tony Romo has had a garbage offensive line most of his career, an average running game for most of his career..until 2014. He's had putrid defenses. He has an incredible QBR and how many 4th quarter comeback wins has he had ? Exactly.

When Romo is healthy he's easily a top 10 QB. The numbers don't lie. The problem for him has been staying healthy. It sucks for him that the best chance he's had at getting to the Super Bowl he gets injured again and Prescott comes in and is playing far better than anyone expected.

Who are on your top 10 list?
Not in any order:
Rodgers
Brady
Newton
Wilson
Roethlisberger
Brees
Palmer
Ryan
Luck
Rivers
Carr
Dalton
PRESCOTT
Manning

That is just off my head. Romo is washed up and doesn't produce when the lights come on. No where near top 10. You put any of those guys behind the Dallas offensive line and they produce more wins than Romo ever did.

Romo's record in the playoffs is 1-3. Not a large number of opportunities for wins. And one of those losses was to Green Bay two years ago on the Dez Bryant catch they were screwed on.
Actually he had plenty of opportunities to win during the season to make the playoffs. 4 playoff appearances in 10 years for Romo. And he has never made it past the divisional round. That isn't a Top 10 QB.

I looked up his record again and actually his playoff record is 2-4. With one of those losses being to Green Bay two years ago on a bs call. You don't put up the numbers he has and go to the playoffs as many times as he has without being a great QB. Using your logic I guess Barry Sanders wasn't that great of a running back.

Being able to count to 10 must not be a requirement to work at UPS. Or knowing much about football.

Dallas vs atlanta

Atlanta to the super bowl

As a Cowboys fan..I do feel the Falcons are the only team in the NFC that could give Dallas problems..and the Redskins if they were to play again..but I don't think the Redskins make it to the Playoffs. And the Falcons better watch it..The Bucs are hot on their ***..lol Still though..the Cowboys run game and ability to eat up the clock and keep the Falcons' offense off of the field is the Falcons' kryptonite.

Romo is so overrated lol.

I think to be a top 10 QB you need to have more than 1 playoff win in your career. Hes an average QB that had good games here and there, but he ain't top ten. Top 15 maybe at best. Hes one of those QBs that'll get you to the playoffs here and there, but won't do anything more than that. Hes in the same tier as Alex Smith IMO.

Romo is a great quarterback for about 59 minutes. But when it gets to that one play where it's make a play or go home, he goes home. Always.
