He has one year to play .... he isn't going anywhere with a returning 3 year starter regardless of what he might be told about competing for the starting spot. He certainly isn't transferring with the intention of adding depth.

I don't think any QB who has graduated looking to transfer and play for a single year is going to even consider Neb with TA on the roster
