No doubt that is murder. No doubt at all. Clear as day. Filmed from multiple angles. I would have fired the two cops immediately and arrested them like common criminals because they are. Plain as day.

If the sexual deviant made even a flinch toward his weapon, it is without a doubt the opposite of murder. Can you account for his every move?

That's murder. On film. One shot, maybe you can ******** a jury but any even mildly competent prosecutor will walk that cop through every shot and there is just no way to defend that many shots at point blank range being necessary to safely detain that suspect.

I know you can't see it, but I can. That is an automatic murder conviction. Dead man walking. He is already as good as convicted and jailed.

All of the left's protests are "peaceful" just if you forget the fights, the breaking of things, vandalizing, destroying businesses, neighborhoods and now...killing.

Seriously all cops should be pulled out of black neighborhoods and publicly announce it. Then let's see who they blame for the areas turning into Baltimore.

Here's a link to liveleak footage. Helluva lot of shooting:

Won't let me link it so just go to liveleak and look under recent items. Wild footage.

Watch that liveleak video and tell me how it is possible to call or in any way characterize this as a peaceful protest. There are dozens of shots fired.

I know you can't see it, but I can see it quite easily. See how thst works?

And no, not a chance in hell he's already convicted.

First off not some lib prosecutor gets to decide. He/she has to convince 12 members of a jury. And as public opinion as of now is about 50/50, that's not going to be as easy as you think.

And cops are not trained to shoot one shot. Also, are you sure only 1 cop fired all 7? If more than 1 cop shot, it makes it seem even more likely that this child molester did something to warrant it.

OK. Well we will see what happens, won't we? Because if those cops walk then I cannot imagine the reaction. This, tonight, is nothing compared to what will burn if that happens.

Not with the verified information that the offender was armed. Take into account the call that came in to bring the police that he was waving the gun at a patron of the business and there is no way IMO that this is murder, or anything even close to it.

I have felt since I looked at the video initially that if he had a gun on him that was prolly a justified shooting. Police are in a different mode when they know or realize an offender has a deadly weapon esp a gun. The fact that this man was repeatedly told to stop resisting, was allegedly tazed, still resisted arrest, had to be tackled and taken to the ground while still resisting arrest is a major factor in this incident.

I cannot be sure bc the best footage I have seen does not show it but it appears when the cops and offender are on the ground he is still wiggling and resisting and they are screaming to stop or they will shoot. Then it sounds like they actually saw the gun for the first time and if at that exact point the guy is still resisting and can at any point reach freely for the gun, whether he does so or not, they were justifiably within their rights to protect their own lives.

Bottom line like others have said, if you are armed and the police know you are armed and you resist arrest in any way, whether or not you reach for a gun, you are gonna get shot. I DGAS if u are white, black, green, yellow or purple. U are gonna get shot. Probably rightfully so. These goobs who say that well he was armed but he didn't reach for the gun and point it at the officers are nuts. If that was the standard then their would be a lot less cops in this world. Wait for the perps to point their loaded guns at you before you can engage.

3 cops shot at what CNN's Don Lemon keeps characterizing as an otherwise peaceful protest. That is such an absurd statement. Well the surgery was a smashing success but unfortunately the patient died.

I think the point is that this wasn't a riot that got out of control, this wasn't a dangerous crowd, this was a couple of people who attacked what had been an orderly thing.

Z, you realize they were reporting to the scene because of a guy with a gun outside the store. He's not complying and could be reaching in his pocket for a gun.

I don't care why the cops stopped you, you should comply until they figure out what's going on or you increase the chance of things going sour.

I'm assuming Z is trolling at this point.

Speaking of purge, what if they just shut off the internet for a day? Two? Shut it all down. No message boards. No twitter. No social media. No echo chambers of outrage, real or faux.

Just an EMP blast that takes out internet. It might be the path to world peace.

This whole thing is freaking nuts. Sad thing is this seems to Be where this has been headed for awhile. When u lump all cops into a stereotypical category you get these kinds of reactions. It is the same people stereotyping who constantly decry the racism and inequality of half the population of this country. Hypocrisy at its worst and most dangerous.

At some point, they have to put up a sacrificial lamb to avoid full scale riots. I'm thinking it might be the Minnesota man. That one looks REALLY bad for the officer.

Some woman on the scene just ended her interview with this statement - "...black lives are more important now.." In response to being informed about 3 cops dead.
