Nothing indicating he has signed and he's still playing ball when he is supposed to plan to be in Piscataway in June. Red Flag.
Or perhaps he is and it hasn’t been announced. Hint could be the official apparel he was wearing.

I'll just post it here cause why not. Davis is all good to go, but he is waiting for his family to get together to make the announce public and Rutgers has respected those wishes and won't post until he's ready. This was posted on premium a week or two ago.

His team is independent so they don’t have as strict of rules as say the EYBL, Under Armour etc.

The sad part is some of these Fans have access to the premium board, but don't bother reading the info posted there. I'm not really sure how much more clear Richie could be on Davis signing with Rutgers. People need to stop freaking out.
His recent highlights and stats have been sick. As well as reports he’s outshining 5 stars on the court. Adds speed, glad he’s signed. Let the kid announce on his terms if that’s fact. I trust Richie. Go knights
I fully understand Richie has been very clear. That being said, with the Ndongo news, Cam news, and Warren news, it’s understandable that some fans are on edge
100% the pod, which i found some time to breeze through indicates we are still good. Optically, seems like free-fall but we land Dylan... Mr. Warren and even bigger undeclared names will come begging at our front door.

In this chaotic NIL environment, nothing is certain. Even if he has secretly signed, he could change his mind in an instant if the Brinks Truck pulls up. Commitments mean nothing any more.
Sad but true.. But at least if he's signed then other schools are no longer permitted to continue to recruit him, and they have to cease communication with him... (Obviously that can't prevent illegitimate tampering, but at least there's some risk to schools if they do that...) And he'd still need an NLI release by RU to avoid having to sit a year elsewhere, although I doubt that RU would refuse if an athlete applied for a release.
So Dellquan decommitted because he didn't think he'd have the ball enough, but then even-higher-ranked players are going to want to come here to play with Ace (and maybe Dylan)? That doesn't make logical sense.
