I must admit, I laughed.
"I'm not one of those Mississippi State fans who came here before the game declaring Jarvis Varnado the second coming of Bill Russell. Those people are idiots. I figured we would lose anyway, as a 13 should do to a 4. The game went about as anyone with a brain should have expected.

What I did get out of the game was a new team to hate. I have never seen a team strut around like yours. We got jersey pops (HELLO 2002!!!), arm waves to the crowd, stuck out tongues……really Washington? For a 13 seed? Scratch that…for anyone??? You've got errrrrr had a good team. Act like you've been there before. Next year. When you play again.

It was so great to see Purdue send all of the UDub fans home sad. Even better was the way it happened. Thomas bricking shot after shot, Overton racking up fouls, Dentmon playing scared. Hats off to Brockman. He's a man and played like one.

Hope you enjoyed the season. I'll enjoy not watching you next weekend."

I was soooo happy Purdue put Washington out of my misery today.

Now that being said, where can we get a guard like Overton? Quick as a cat, disruptive defender, push it up the court...........without the showmanship of course. I'd love to have one of him to bring off the bench and totally disrupt the other team.

I work with a UW alum. Thankfully he's more worried about his next pair of true religion jeans then he is about talking **** after a win.
