Please consider creating a rule or at least a decree that anyone saying anything derogatory about a recruit should be labeled a giant douchebag and they will be instantly nominated for the DDDY award. We can call it the "17you tyrone nix" rule. And to take it a step forward, anyone posting on a recruits facebook page, should be labeled the same or worse.
