from the time you fire these signs up it usually takes 24-48 hours to make them function properly. I work for an outdoor advertising company and we utilize the same technology for our digital billboard signs. We also usually run PSA for the first two weeks to work out all the kinks that usually come with these things. They have lots of little quirks that take adjusting like automatic dimming for daylight and nighttime usage. I see no reason for it not to work tomorrow but not without some minor issues.
