The poll on the HailStateBEAT site for all-time DB has a good slate of nominees, and is a challenge to pare it down to four. To me, Smoot, Harris and Banks were pretty easy but the 4th was difficult. I went with Pegues slightly over Prather, mainly because he was such a playmaker after an interception. Honorable mention to Cooper who was a favorite, and Mitchell who could just flat out tackle.

1. Smoot
2. Harris
3. Banks
4. Pegues

HM: Prather, Cooper, Mitchell

I went with Harris, Smoot, Banks, and Cooper. Pig had more accolades and was a better athlete than Cooper, but I just loved watching Cooper knock the **** out of people.

My 4:
1. Smoot
2. Harris
3. Banks
4. Prather

Like you said, 1st 3 were easy. Definitely a coin flip for that 4th spot between Pig, Cooper and Pegues for me.
