Visiting Friday night. Meyer says he is a combination of Wall and Knight. Laterally the quickest player in his class, Fox and Gabriel would be a great combination.

De Aron Focks is gonna be amazing for us if he commits here.
Fox+Monk+Gabriel = three top 20 picks.
Three top 20 picks + high level supplemental guys like Humphries/Matthews/SKJ/Mulder = Final Four contention.

What does a Fox say..........
" I will be taking my talents to the university of Kentucky"

Love Fox. And he has good walking form and speed, so you know he'll be good.
I believe the fox actually says.... "A ring ding ding ding ding.........at UK im gonna get a ringa ring ring ring ring"
Any kid that is compared to Wall ans Knight is big time and the real deal. The fact that he is considered by far the best pg in a class as loaded as the 16 class says all that needs to be said about this kid's talent. When it looked like we weren't in the picture for his services I remember going to YouTube and watching clips thinking this dude is going to be so hard to stop in college. Since he's a lefty, that lil pull up and pop shot he has will be unguardable. He also has the hops to get up there. Just wow. What a talent.
I say yes. The NBA might disagree, simply because Mudiay is such a big, gifted athlete. Fox is close athletically, and he has the height, but he doesn't have a huge wingspan, and he's very thin. However, in terms of skill level being brought into college, and potential impact during that one year of college? I take Fox.
IMO he's been Kentucky's to lose for a while now. Wouldn't be surprised if he makes it official within the next month (if not the next few days or so).
Well the bar is set pretty high there given that Mudiay thinks he'd have won a national title for SMU had he played there instead of going overseas lol:

***I don't know about "by far". Most had Smith Jr. ahead of him until sometime this past summer. And even then just inching past Smith Jr. and in part because of Smith Jr.'s injury.
Upper echelon UK guys who are or might be top 100 NBA guys within a few years (counting Fox)
Davis
Wall
Cousins
Bledsoe
Towns
Knight
MKG (ESPN ranked him top 100)
Randle
Skal
Murray
Fox
Noel
Kanter
That's a helluva lot a talent. Get Monk and it becomes even better. We've never seen anything like this in college basketball history. Factor in 2nd or 3rd tier guys like Jones, Rondo (who was top 25 just a few years ago), Lyles, Booker, WCS, Patterson, etc. and it gets even crazier.
