Put together a special tribute. Don't leave a dry eye in the stadium on Oct. 4th.

They should (and I think they tried it for a game or two) to end every win with a "Wrap it in Maron and Whit" over the jumbotron.

While a tribute is much deserved and will most certainly be done, I'm not sure a sob show is what they want to do right before a huge football game. They can definitely do a fitting tribute/celebration in the proper setting.

They've been doing that for a couple of years now.

They're still doing it?
I honestly can't hear **** in the GIC, but I don't recall hearing it at all last year.

And of the few youtube videos or tributes to Jack, my favorite is his 50th anniversary video.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KDSXN1MD8Ng

Wow. They didn't have to cut onions in that video. But, I'm glad they did. Thanks for posting Shadow34. It didn't really hit me until I watched that one again. It's amazing how someone you've only met once or twice feels like family because of the radio. Foolish as this may sound, I was a young'n those times I met him and I regret that I didn't express more gratitude. Like most, I just assumed he'd be around forever. Thank you Jack for everything you did for us, and all that we don't know about, including raising fine children, one of whom was a fantastic high school English Teacher. My heart goes out to you and yours, Mrs. Nelson.

H to H played Jack`s call at the end of the 1996 MSU/Bama game today and I promise you there wasn`t a dry eye in my truck. It`s just hard to think about without getting a little emotional. We had so many years with literally no football program but we always had Jack. We all miss him and won`t forget him. He was the best.
