pretty often for about 10 years when my in-laws lived in Little Rock. It was under perpetual construction back then. I see that hasn't changed. I can remember sitting absolutlely still for nearly 2 hours between Hazen and Brinkley coming back to Mississippi the Sunday after Thanksgiving one time. When we finally cleared the lane closure it was backed up equally as long the other way. </p>
