Selling people for money, that's called slavery.

that whoever gave them the money probably "donated" it to that church.

Now if Cecil "took it" from the "church budget", and didn't claim it, I'll leave that for the CPA's on here.

But at least the Auburn guy will come out OK. I guess. And get a tax write off! I love America.

Churches, especially ones that size have horrible financials, and probably are put together by someone with limited experience.

and the Lard "miraculously" provides you money to repair your facility, wouldn't that be easy to spot on the books?

Everyone knows there were repairs made. So you could have put a majority of it there and not show it. Maybe have a smaller amount go towards tithes for good ole Cecil to pocket. But then again i'm just talking out my ***.

then they can trace that check back to the payor. If the payor is an Auburn alum/booster/whatever, and this is his first donation ever made to this church, I think there is no legal issues here, but I think that's enough for the NCAA to determine he was paid off, especially with Bond's account of the $200k demand.

Now, if the $200k was paid in cash, which it most likely was, then the NCAA needs to analyze the **** out of the donations received and interrogate the hell out of all involved in the church.

Don't forget, that with the NCAA, you are guilty until proven innocent.

If they want to get into this with auditors they will smell this out ASAP. The real question is if they did buy Cam how much did they pay to get the OL to protect him??????
