I am coming to you offering advice on this whole "rivalry" thing. When you beat the **** out of us last year, all we could do was take it. We expect to be ridiculed and have our faces rubbed in it when it happens. Same for florida when fl. state beats them and vice versa. Same with auburn and alabama, usc and ucla, utah and byu, etc. etc. etc. When your coach proclaims his program is the one in the state that is on the rise, the opposing coach is required to claim that it is his program that is on the rise. When you do the whole happy returns thing on your jumbotron, do you expect the favor not to be returned? This is a give and take relationship and taking sucks. If you are too big of a ****** to take it a little, you may need to find a new hobby or interest. That is all for now.

I don't care though. Either coach or team can talk as much trash as they like. It's simple PR and revving up the fanbase. Not a big deal either way. I won't get really fired up if we do it, and I won't get mad when you do.
The game is much more intense when there is something being played for, and it's better for both programs to be decent, I think.

We should be back to having winning records on a fairly consistent basis starting next year. I think y'all will have a down year next year, but then bounce back in 2011.
