At least he's concerned and wants what is best for the team. Finally, somebody is showing some leadership.<div>
</div><div>Dee, seriously, defense and rebounding used to be staples of Rick Stansbury team. No matter what, we were always going to get good defense and good rebounding. This team doesn't seem to have that. Dominate the boards and shut down teams on defense.</div><div>

Defense and Rebounding. This team does not do either very well and hence the reason you see a team like St. Mary's scoring 94 points on us. Those two items are require effort more so than just talent. This team does not seem to want to put forth the effort to be good at both of them. In the past, Rick would sit a player down if he was not putting forth the effort on Defense and Rebounding. If he did that this year then we would have to forfeit the game.
This team doesn't care about winning or losing. They don't take it personally. The place that shows up most is in our man-to-man defense. The intensity just isn't there. Also shows up on offense by guys who travel, commit charges, set moving screens, etc. That's a lack of focus and effort.
I don't give a **** about any attempted sarcasm in this thread.<div>
