"Rugby style" is just a return to basics - the way football teams used to tackle when they still had contact at practices and didn't prance around in helmets and shells all week. Ash stresses basics and fundamentals but with speed and aggression more than gimmicks. A lot of coaches say thats what they aim for but Ash knows how to cultivate it
