This team doesn’t seem to play defense as hard as Jan’s first two teams. The roster has been completely shuffled.

They played better D when we they went small in the 2nd half. Just weren’t able to rebound as well and gave up some offensive bosrds. They miss jefferies length on the perimeter. That dude could shut down almost anybody.

Not too concerned right now and assuming it will improve as they continue playing together. They are actually way ahead of where I thought they’d be at this time with so many new players. I’m excited we can apparently consistently make free throws, but I probably just jinxed the rest of the season with that comment.

Their record doesn't show it, but you can tell McNeese is a decently coached team......seems like Will Wade wins wherever he goes.

Not terribly surprising given our roster makeup. We traded some defense for offense in the offseason. Jeffries was a really good defender and Davis and Moore could cause havoc as well.

The flip side is we have more guys that can score, though.
