Turnovers- 7 (given up 11 TOs, 2 fumbles-9 ints...thanks LSU)

Overall, I've been pleased with the defense. If we're gonna blitz the house on 3rd and long, we better start getting something from it. Our rush defense is impressive, but we'rejust notgetting good pressure on the QB. If we do, he just runs outside the pocket for 8-10 gain. We've got to get better in that area. Another stat that popped out at me is that we've fumbled 10 times but only lost 2. That'll come back to bite us if we don't getit fixed.

Our linebackers and d line just do not seem to get the push. The linebackers get held up at the line almost every time. I think that the problem is that we simply line straight up over the the gap that we are trying to shoot through rather than disguising our blitzes. The dbs are the only ones that seem to get a free shot without being touched.

We're saving all our complex blitzes for the Egg Bowl. You know, the only game that counts for MSU? Can't let them get film of our best stuff before then.
