Footnote at the bottom makes me warm and fuzzy inside, like Jack Daniels on a winter day:
* FB - The fullback position is mainly used in goaline situations. [ 23- Sylvester Hemphill, 5-9, 230, RFR., 35- Patrick Hanrahan, 5-11, 225 Jr.]

It still hasn't hit me that we're not gonna run out there and line up in the I on most plays. It hasn't sunk in that I'm not gonna sit on my seat and wonder if we're going to do something more creative than run Dixon with a lead blocker between the tackles.

I know. Combined with the cloak and dagger fall camp, I have never been so excited/anxious just to see what we look like out there. I have been able to predict our offensive plays for the last 15 years. Now there is no telling. I just keep having nightmares that we will look like Auburn running the spread. That was just painful to watch. It seemed like they ran the same option/read every single play. I just think the 3 headed monster of Mullen/Hud/Koenning has to succeed. Hud's offense at UNA was a joy to watch, he knows how to design the huge passing plays - Mullen and Koenning have the ground game down for sure.

New uniforms, new offense, new videos on the big screen, new mass-murderer wearing #90 on the defensive line...I am ready.

Guys, y'all should know that those weren't the same plays everytime! Anybody who can't see that is just blind!

if we actually PASS on first down. I may pass out. Crooms passed on first down some, but never until he was forced to try something different. If we could still get 3 yards it was going to be a first down hand off 100% of the time.
