Treating humans as though they are lesser than because of where they were born. Its gross and makes you a horrible person.
Notice that President Trump wants it in place for the midterms.

This is not treating any natural human lesser at all imo. The definition of US citizen is not just getting a foot across the border.
Targeting people who are here actively trying to make a better life for themselves and family is treating them as lesser than humans because of where they are from.
Going to schools to arrest parents that watching are their children at a function is absolutely horrible. You support that and thus are a horrible human being.
Breaking the law and mooching off other people also makes you a horrible person.
No absolutely horrible is those people invading our country with total disregard for the people who live here.
You can't even factually explain "total disregard for the people who live here".

They would use JAG (judge advocate general corps) officers. Probably field-grade. They all would have passed the bar in at least one state. They would need some train-up on immigration law. Per AI immigration judges "typically require a law degree, active bar membership, and at least seven years of legal experience," Field-grade JAG's should meet those minimum critera. (I say should because there are always exceptions to everything).
What point are you trying to make? If you are born here you are a citizen.
I do disagree with birth tourism though. Lots of Russians and Chinese will fly here when they are 7 or 8 months pregnant and birth their children here so they can have citizenship. That should not be allowed.

If they are born here they are always a citizen. There are certain circumstances where that should not be the case. This is not a difficult concept.
