Was kind of weird that none of this came out until like the day after he requested to be traded.
He is still subject to civil suits but that will just involve money. I doubt +20 women are all liars but anything is possible.
Agree. Even though he won't be prosecuted further, pretty sure he isn't innocent.

Cosby was found guilty by a jury. He also got away with a bunch of cases because the statute of limitations had run. He was later released on a technicality. The prosecutor used evidence from an older case that he wasn't entitled to use. Cosby is not innocent.

Cosby is not innocent. He is a liar. He raped women and used drugs to do it.
When he testified in his civil trial as part of his agreement with attorneys to avoid criminal trial, that was only relevant to prosecution for crimes against Cossand. It was NOT blanket immunity from ANY crimes. No attorney should ever be able to give such immunity. It is tantamount to absolution and would allow for future criminal activity.
He stated publicly the following- "Thank you to all my fans, supporters and friends who stood by me through this ordeal. I have never changed my stance nor my story. I have always maintained my innocence."
His criminal conviction should be reinstated by an upper court, though it won't, because he has perjured himself by even pleading his innocence in court. He admitted to doing this to many women in a court filing. It is a public fact, which he is now saying in effect "is a lie."
His legal team has accepted that he may be perjury himself and violating the plea deal in the civil case, in order to free him from his prison term. However, if he spoke one word publicly of his "blanket innocence" before the criminal trial, during his criminal trial, or afterward, he vacated the plea deal of the civil trial himself. If he kept silent throughout, he still vacated it by the statement he made in 2021 above.

Like Harvey Weinstein, it was an open secret in Hollywood what Cosby did all those years. If it hadn’t been for Hannibal Burress he maybe would still be doing the same ****.
Pretty hard to believe 20 women all were lying. If this was Aaron Rodgers i have a feeling the reaction to this would be outrage of epic proportions from the media.
They’d blame Rodgers for giving them Covid rather than raping them
Yeah that many women coming forward means something. Hope you are consistent in thinking that.
I don't care how many come forward, I care what they come forward with. There was some pretty good evidence here, and he settled with those people.

I don't think it's hard at all given they try to overwhelm you with the number instead of looking at their cases. Look at some of the ridiculous accusers of Trump. It's not difficult to find people to try and get a shake down because A) these women aren't paying for the lawyer, I assure you B) The idea is to harass the person so much that they will just pay to make it go away.
So I don't like Big Ben at all. He gets rapist jokes made all the time about him and it's based on two absolute liars who saw dollar signs. Both were shown to be absolute BS but it doesn't matter because once the allegation happens, that sticks.
It sounds to me like he didn't rape anybody or even force himself on someone which would classify as assault. But I don't think it's legal to expose yourself to people in the manner which he did it. To me, the big problem is the sheer number.
