Smith in the starting lineup could get games into a streetball mode to early and often. I like being able to "reev" the engine in spurts, do it to much and you are out of gas before you get where you want to go.

Did you just say that?? Please do a little research. Think a bit. Then do more research and learn about Jeff Malone, Darryl Wilson, Jim Ashmore, Red Stroud, Timmy Bowers,Tony Watts, and then Chuck White, Derrick Zimmerman, Gary Hooker, Greg Grim and many, many more. Then, think twice, no, 50 times before you declare a frosh with 4 games under his belt as possibly the best guard ever at MSU.

...Brian Bryant shouldn't be sold short. He is shooting much better this year, and he is a very effective defender and rebounder. Deville gives us relief for Dee and a different look unsettling to the opposition.

maybe even better than you copy and paste.

I comprehended that statement as ridiculous to make after a decent game by a freshman point guard. He wasn't even the best guard on the floor for MSU last night, much less EVER.

the way he played against two top twenty teams, in New York on national tv with no fear and making moves I have never seen a freshman guard make at
MSU?

So you are ready to say that there is no way he could develop into our best guard ever? He doesn't have that kind of talent?

Wow.
