I read the article on LT in the Roanoke paper. Can you explain what the charter school thing means and what could happen and what you expect to happen at LT?

Been in the talks for a couple of years to close the Vo-Tech Center that all the kids go to and just create a Vo-Tech HS. Lake Taylor having the most land of the HS in Norfolk is the site they selected. Basically an open enrollment vocational HS that will have athletics. They are still rebuilding elementary schools and opening K-8s so this is another 5-6 years away.
