This will change everything in Pitt Co. Rose now has open enrollment and DHC will now have players leave the program. I look for a number of solid players to head to Rose and bolster their roster. Rose could become very good very fast. DHC has made great stride with their program and this could set them back for years. Perfect timing for Rose and it could not be worse timing for DHC.
