This story originated from a 17-ing radio station. When is ESPN going to start naming message boards as sources for news stories?

Adding to what you said -- the fact that UM nation is so arrogant as a whole, it would take them years to admit Nutt wasn't getting it done, and Mullen may be able to put together a pretty good run with the Right Reverend in Oxford.

I'm just sayin. I don't have a source on many things, but I had a good source on that one.

So put me down for EJ's wife wanting out of Starkville and black jerseys for the Bama game. That's all I can claim.
The EJ leaving rumors were true, but the rumors of EJ's wife disliking Starkville were completely false. Hopefully you weren't the one that started up that ********.
No big deal, just curious if you know that rumor was not true? Seems like if a rumor was going to be started, it would have been that EJ hated coaching for a fat lazy <17>.
Yes, that rumor is / was completely untrue. EJ left because he was coaching for a fat lazy <17> and got out while his worth was high. That rumor was around plenty at the time that he left also, but that is the only reason he left, and I don't blame him for a second.

Not just any radio station either. A radio station in ARKANSAS. You know, the state that is full of nothing but honest, straight forward opinion on Houston Nutt.

How ESPN or anyone would think that the state of Arkansas is a good source of information on unbiased Nutt information, I don't know.
