faster than he actually is?
Does anyone know why after 5 <17ing> years we still have VERY SLOW RB's???
Why we have a DII O line???
Why their is a kicker out on the intramural fields w/ a name you cant pronounce that is 100X better than ANYTHING we currently have on the team???
why we still have a social project as a HC???

Dixon is pretty damn speedy for a 240 pound guy. If he would only make decisions on where to run and when/where to make cuts, he'd be one of the best RBs in the nation. He's got all the athleticism he needs.

Elliot has decent speed. Faster than Dixon. But again, he's no Norwood. Or Kenny Roberts for that matter.

Ducre isn't slow either.

RB is the least of our problems.

J Rock is next level fast. He is outrunning everyone in the NFL. I think Elliot has plenty of speed. Did a good job finding the gaps today too. Everyone just looks slow after watching J Rock run for 4 years.

I also agree about Dixon. There is no questioning his athleticism. He is big, strong, agile and fast. He just doesnt have the vision he needs to be a true gamebreaker.

Dixon is not a great zone back. Zone requires the RB to have good vision. It also works on the back reading the blocking and making his cuts off it.

We run a lot of inside zone.

Dixon would be a better true I back. Call the hole and let him hit it. Would simplify a lot of the blocking scheme also.

Instead we have to make it as complicated as possible.

kinda fat, hard hitting bowling ball that's good at wearing down defenses.

Not good at juking people, outrunning safeties, or dancing at the line of scrimmage.

I watch the same thing on sundays and saturdays the last 3 years, except the titans don't have abysmal seasons. At least on Sundays I can watch a good M-State lineman too.

He doesn't juke he hurdles. Did anyone see him make that hurdle yesterday. He literally jumped over a guy who was standing up.
