Did anyone hear the guys on 930AM just before 9?

I honestly don't know how those guys get away with half the **** they say. I am not Mr. Sensitive and I am all for a good roasting, but the guy (I don't know which one it was, but he is a host and an Auburn grad) just told a caller that he should have been aborted. He said it about 3 times. He also asked the caller if his "mother had any children that didn't end up a bloody stain in a bucket somewhere." The guy was not joking at all. That is just 17ing offensive, I don't care if you are Pro Life or Pro Choice.

I actually enjoy their show, but that was just over the top.

And encourage your friends to do the same. When their ratings go down, they'll eventually go off the air. That's how it should work anyway.

However, I suspect their ratings make increase because of the shock value of statements like that. That's the world we live in.

You don't have to participate though. Don't listen to them anymore.

I will have to admit at first when reading this I thought he was talking about Tebow. That is a very dangerous comment to make in Mississippi. Michael Savage was taken off the air on Supertalk within 1 week of make a bad comment about autisim.

nahh. if they were face to face, sure, but not on the radio. there's a time and place for everything and that definitely wasn't the place to say something like that.</p>

The Vent is my favorite show. It is the only show in Jackson that doesn't take itself far too seriously. The show is at least as much about goofing off and having fun as it is about sports.

If I want to know the latest on somebody's 3rd string left tackle, I'll pick a different show.

where he went to school - just running the Bama Sidewalk Alum joke. But then it was like the guy snapped and forgot he was being broadcast on the radio.

I enjoy raunchy humor, etc., but that spiel honestly made me sick.
