Tyler Adams a 6"9” senior from Brandon High School has signed a national letter of intent to play college basketball at Georgetown University. Adams originally verbally committed to play at Duke but then re-opened the recruiting process. Adams says Georgetown assistant and former Mississippi State assistant coach Robert Kirby was instrumental in his decision to attend Georgetown.
“It’s a real good big man school. They have a good history of putting big men in the NBA. They’ve got a good education program. I know their basketball players, a lot of them get their degree early too so that played a big factor in it too,“ said Adams.
